I’ve spent over twenty years in the hospitality and service industry.
Over the last twenty years, I’ve worked my way through the hospitality industry.
I’ve worked inside hundreds of hotels, operations and growth projects. Supported hotels big and small.
Yet there is always one thing that stands out above all else.
The people.
Hospitality has changed massively over the last two decades. The rise of the digital space has transformed the hospitality landscape. AI is only accelerating that.
And at some point, it feels as though we’ve forgotten what makes hospitality what it is.
